
Jazmine is a Philadelphia native, was born and raised in the city. Her mother Pam is a former back-up singer with Philadelphia International Records. When she was five Her father was appointed as one of the cities' Historic Strawberry Mansion curator. The family then moved into the building's historic structure. As a 2005 Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts graduates She is an instructor in the area of vocal. Sullivan sang as a contralto for the children's choir and then, a few more years later, she sang as an adult in the choir. His exposure to secular music was at first sporadic "I was doing solos in the church, and I was asked to be a part of the gospel label at age was 11 years old, but I wasn't ready to do that," she recalls. One of them is "Backstabbers" performed by Timbaland and Timbaland, which Elliott composed, was a highlight of their working relationship.
